*huggles tight* A woman just landed in Narita airport positive with Type A flu. She's been quarantined, I think. Scary. Then again I seem to be fairly strong against most sicknesses going around and then when I DO get one myself, I soldier on pretty well (despite the evil ailments.) Must be because I'm white. Actually my roommates and I were having this conversation about American/Australia medicine compared to Japanese medicine. My friend said that she knew how strong American medication was so she always halved her own dose. No kidding - if they took the same dose as normal Americans they could do themselves more harm than good.
